We loved the hotel's fantastic location! Ceasar, who worked the breakfast shift, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable—he was incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was spotless, though the decor felt a bit dated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The hotel's location couldn't be better! It's just a short walk from both Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station/Moynihan Train Hall. You'll find yourself within easy reach of all the major NYC attractions, making it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in until we left—they even stored our bags for us! The breakfast had a great variety of options to kickstart the day, and the location couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!
